St. Paul’s offers various volunteer opportunities organized into three sections: Service to the Community, Service to the Faith and Service to the Parish. See our list below to find our Service to the Community opportunities. If you are interested in volunteering with St. Paul’s, please call us at 416- 364-7588 or email

Breakfast Club: For 30 years children have been given a good start each morning through the parish breakfast club. New volunteers will start as fill-ins and then move into full time assistance.

Food Bank: The food bank is under the auspices of the St. Vincent de Paul. The work of the food bank is to assist people of all faiths in our immediate area.

St. Vincent de Paul Society: Formed to assist the poor, it is the oldest Catholic lay organization in Toronto having been originally formed in 1851. Its mandate is still the care of the poor of our community.

Prayer Shawls: Parish knitters and crocheters create shawls that are given to the chronically and terminally ill. The patient is aware that the shawl was created with their struggle in mind and the prayer of the creator.
